The present condition :The number of revolutions of the current full throttle has the error of the meter, too, and there is not trust enough now, but my boat is about 27knots on 3500rpm . Usually I put the a little less than 10 number of people, and to look for a dolphin. So top speed is not necessary in what tend to run at around 2,000rpm slowly. Anyway, the mileage has bad and I am worried about the badness of the reaction when I put a clutch by a slow-motion .There is not torque at all? Please improve around this .

Result：Excuse me for late reply. I put trial yesterday. Though I am disappointed , because of no data of prop before repair.I will inform it in a sensory image.

First of all ,the reaction at the dead speed has been improved fantastically.and also best feeling of acceleration on starting . I have not rotated only 2900rpm, but I 've felt as full-throttle on previous trial at this time. I'm so surprized. I guess that the mileage is less 30% .

Anyway Satisfaction !! Please repair another one !!

Until the repair has been a very big vibration after repair it is practically none. Speed increased, before at 2150 rpm - Speed 11 knots, is 14 knots with 2120 rpm. The engine is fully loaded. Before the renovation, it was 14 knots at 2400 - 2450 rpm. The maximum speed of my 2600 engine rpm. Economy mode 2150 rpm. 8 knots are already at 1100 rpm.

Thank you very muchi for repair & modification of my propeller . Today I've cleaned the bottom of my boat and installed that propeller .

Dia 720×Pitch 975,AR0.55 prop was corroded terribly ,
but it's changed like a new-one .I'm so satisfied
。

I know this prop performance is 30-knots , so I changed it another modificated-prop .

It Dia 750×Pitch 900,AR0.40 prop performance was 2450rpm 24knots
it prop was modificated with special-cup by our company .

I trial run it , It's a amazing result . 2230rpm 30knots

The distance from the top of the propeller to the bottom of the ship is less 10% of the propeller diameter .

Propeller efficiency is not good ,but 30knots

Next time I will make a propeller-shaft longer than now it .

Please advice me the length of the shaft, the angle of fixing of the Engin,the position of the bracket,etc.
