2) The rotation of the propeller goes up too much , or goes down too much.
First, please check the regulation rpm of your ship engine. Next, please check the rpm at full throttle.
Difference between them, it is very important. (Unless lifting the limit of engine)
To go over maximum rpm of engine shortens the engine life. So we change the diameter and the pitch of the propeller and twist the cup, to change the rpm at full throttle to same value as the regulation rpm. Even if the maximum rpm is too less, we do it to go up the rpm of engine.
Adjusting the rpm at full throttle to the regulation maximum rpm of the engine is very efficient for the engine.
For example ,do you want to go100 rpm up or down ?
Please tell us propeller's diameter, pitch, size, direction of rotation and material.
3) Improving the speed of your boat if possible.
It is the biggest problem. Perhaps everyone who has a boat wants to speed the boat up.
When full throttle rpm is the same rpm as the regulation maximum rpm of the engine (It means "matching".), it is hard to speed the boat up. But there are some methods that we have might be able to speed the boat up.

If you need the proof of irreparable propellers, we will ask Nakashima Propeller Co., Ltd. or KEMEL Co., Ltd.
Even if you ask us to repair the propeller, if the repair cost is more than half the price of new products, we don't recommend repairs. If the propeller damage is very large, first please ask us to estimate it.
